Extension & Home Renovation

Located at Quarry Beach, Abersoch, this luxury renovation and bespoke extension project reimagined an existing coastal home, introducing modern open-plan living spaces, improved energy efficiency, and uninterrupted views across the coastline.

The project included a complete property refurbishment, extensive structural alterations, and the construction of a bespoke extension featuring a vaulted ceiling, full-height glazed gable, and spacious open-plan living area. Structural steelwork was installed to create large uninterrupted spaces, while aluminium bifold doors and floor-to-ceiling glazing maximise natural light and seamlessly connect the home to its coastal surroundings.

Externally, the property was finished with a premium silicone render system, Welsh slate roofing, modern aluminium glazing, and a porcelain patio designed to enhance outdoor living and entertaining while making the most of the spectacular sea views.

Bungalow Renovation & Wrap-Around Extension

This bungalow renovation and wrap-around extension in Mynytho involved the complete modernisation of an existing property, creating additional living space and improving both the functionality and energy efficiency of the home. Designed to maximise natural light and take advantage of the surrounding views, the project combined traditional construction methods with contemporary design features.

The project included a full property refurbishment and the construction of a bespoke single-storey extension. Structural steelwork was installed to create large open-plan spaces and support feature angled glazing, maximising views of the surrounding landscape. The extension incorporated traditional slate roofing alongside a modern GRP flat roof system with roof lanterns, flooding the new living areas with natural daylight.

Extensions & Renovation

This project in Llangwnadl involved the construction of two bespoke stone house extensions and a complete home renovation. Using locally quarried stone to match the existing property, we created modern living spaces while retaining the character of the original home.

Works included structural steel beam installation to create a stunning glazed gable end and accommodate large bi-fold doors, alongside a full house rewire and replumb, a new fitted kitchen, new bathroom, and extensive internal refurbishment throughout.

Externally, we carried out major excavation and groundworks to install a large natural Indian sandstone patio, creating a seamless connection between the home and outdoor living space. The garden walls were finished using the premium Weber silicone render system, providing a durable, low-maintenance finish, while a new cobbled driveway was laid to complement the existing property and enhance kerb appeal.

This renovation project in Llanbedrog transformed the appearance and energy efficiency of the property through a combination of modern building techniques and high-quality external finishes. The works included the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI), significantly improving the thermal performance of the home before being finished with the premium Weber silicone render system, providing a durable, weather-resistant and low-maintenance finish.

A new garage extension was constructed to the front of the property, complete with a traditional pitched slate roof designed to complement the existing house and surrounding architecture. To create a contemporary coastal aesthetic, feature walls were clad using Cedral Click cladding, adding both visual appeal and long-lasting protection against the elements.
